OK, can you handle it? Here's my life-changing gift:
Yes, that's a new sink and faucet!!!
I really wish I took a before shot because you would understand why this is such a big deal. It was a normal enough looking sink, but it was only 4.5" deep. I'm serious. It held nothing. It was really more of a depression in the counter top. And the faucet was so low-down and immovable that if you had something in the sink you couldn't fill up a pot with water. In addition, our dishwasher is tiny so I have to wash lots of things by hand. Things that don't even fit in the sink. Anyway, my mom took pity on me and got me a new hunk of metal for Christmas. Tyler spent a few hours installing it as my present also.
So thanks Mom and Dad and Tyler!
Now I can let the dishes just pile up forever!

I love presents that are also functional!! :)
It looks like a real beauty and yay for having more room to let dishes pile up!! ;)
HAHAHAHA! That pot looks positively minuscule in there!! Well, you're welcome. Hunks of metal make the best gifts, i.e. cars, etc.
Tehy must not have done anything with the sink but use the water...lol! Love the practicalness of the new one...
That sink is a dream. It is absolutely beautiful. And I love love your blue pot inside
Oooh, I'm drooling. Love the sink!
