Household Happenings--July 2020

It's now November that I'm writing this, but I don't remember July being so terrible. It was summer and things didn't seem so very different and oppressive. I spent a LOT of time working on a junk journal and my planner and that was fun for that time.

Amelia got more teeth pulled out. Look at the size of those cavities!!! This girl just has the worst teeth.
But she is an absolute pro in the dentist chair.

I had fun thrifting and finding cute vintage stuff.

Wyatt lost a tooth, the normal way. Love that smile.

Having the pools open seemed like a miracle and a little bit of normal life.

Will's new mask design.

I'm still sewing lots of masks.

We went back to church for the first time. Our congregation was at 25%. It felt really weird.

We got to babysit our favorite bird, Hazel. Everyone loves having her around.

Giselle got to dress up as a mermaid for a birthday party. I need to find the actually done up photos.

More scrapbook pages

We had some good recording events at our house for the Sunday Performance Series.

The best day was Wyatt getting baptized! We had a nice tiny service with just our family and it was all so good. I'm so proud of him.

We found a bag of Wylie rocks at Hobby Lobby and that was a fun surprise.

We did plan a beach trip to Crystal Beach and that was such a good thing to look forward to.

And while we were there Will had a birthday!!! Officially a teenager! We love this boy so much. And one of the main things I love about him is what a good brother he is.

And then we left just in time for a hurricane to hit.

Mandie and I did a virtual reading of Beckenhorst's new pieces and it was just fun to sightread through a bunch of stuff.

And Giselle had a sweet 16 party on the last day of July.

And here's Tyler modeling how all the boys wear their shorts these days.

Our friend Nancy came into town so we did a recording session.

And here's a bunch of pics I stole from the girls' phones:
